Sweet Potato Fries

Gastroparesis, MCAS

Ingredients (makes 2 servings):

  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary

Instructions:
  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Skin sweet potato
  3. Chop sweet potato in the shape of french fries
  4. Mix fries in bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and rosemary
  5. Bake on sheet pan for 25 minutes
